Abundant Life – Our Journey

This day will provide participants with the opportunity to explore what it means to live the abundant life that Jesus has promised us. It will challenge us to think about how this life nourishes us and our communities and enables us to flourish and share this abundance with others.

NOTE: Please bring your own lunch. Tea and coffee provided. No cost to attend!

10.00am Introduction Abundant Life – Rev’d Dr Mark Garner

10.30am Faith at first sight
Individual stories of Abundant Life – Round Robin – small groups meet people from around the diocese who share their stories– Rev’d Michael Davies, Kay Job, Kate Schnerring, Rev’d Michael O’Brien, Coralie Coulson & Elizabeth Britten.

12noon Eucharist – Bishop Garry

12.30pm Lunch

1.30pm Group session – What excited you from people’s stories.
Led by Bishop Garry

2.30pm Sharing our Abundant Life
Three groups will generate ideas about how to share this abundant life with others.
Led by Bishop Garry, Michael O’Brien & Michael Davies
These ideas will be used to create a resource for parishes.
